A 250,000-square-foot Planning and Development Center next to Austin Community College’s Highland campus on Airport Boulevard in North Austin. It will house the administrative and customer-support officers for the city’s zoning, planning and development offices. For the first time, all of the city’s staff involved with any aspect of the development review process will be housed under one roof. The building is expected to be finished by spring 2019.
