The new Methodist Health System hospital in Midlothian, Texas, a fast-growing suburb south of Dallas. The greenfield campus features a five-story, 44-bed acute care hospital and three-story medical office building (MOB). Located prominently at the center of the campus, the hospital will employ approximately 300 medical professionals and support staff across 190,000 sq. ft. of space at the end of the first full-year of operation.
