Construction Traffic Control and Perimeter Protection for St. Luke’s Health System
This job site at St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, Idaho, presented a unique challenge for implementing the Hilmerson Barrier Fence System™. Unlike typical installations, we had to navigate a curvy street and a roundabout, requiring specialized construction traffic control.
To adapt the design to the contractor’s needs, we strategically positioned the panels inside the jersey barriers, ensuring that vehicles had enough clearance to avoid damaging the fence. Additionally, we placed the privacy screen on the inside, which allowed us to perform ongoing maintenance without needing to disrupt traffic on the busy street. The only elements visible from the outside are the owner banners, which provide a clear indication of the project while maintaining safety and aesthetics.
